I installed CSCatchAll and configured a catch-all account but it does not seem to work at all! What can I check?

The most common problem is a switched-on Exchange "Recipient Filtering" option. You can find the setting in Exchange System Manager > Global Settings > Properties of "Message Delivery" > Recipient Filtering. Uncheck the "Filter recipients who are not in the Directory". Unfortunatly the recipient filtering takes place before emails reach CSCatchAll and can be re-routed to the correct recipient.

If this is not the problem in your case please check the CSCatchAll log file in c:\program files\CSCatchAll\csca.log. You can also send us part of the log with a description of the problem to support@servolutions.com for us to analyse.
