MultiSendcon Configuration: NDR handling
You can configure how MultiSendcon handles non-delivery reports for emails that can't be delivered to the target server or the target SMTP relay.
Send NDRs to:
- back to Sender: Sends NDR back to the sender of the email.
- to Postmaster: Sends NDR to the postmaster (enter address below) instead of the sender of the email.
- to both Sender and Postmaster: NDRs go to both Sender and Postmaster.
Send NDRs back to this server:
Enter the details of your Exchange Server name, SMTP IP port (usually 25) and optionally a user name and password in case unauthenticated transfers are blocked (usually not necessary).
Send NDRs from this email:
Lets you configure the email address that MultiSendcon sends NDRs from. You should use the email address of an administrator here in case your users reply to one of these non-delivery messages.
